Spring Clear-Out of All Remaining Sculptures
[UPDATE: March 26th - THANK YOU for all of the emails, calls, photos and expressions of interest. We currently have a few hundred responses to work through, everything from priced offers on specific works to offers to re-home parts of the collection. Please be patient while we process these messages. We do appreciate the outpouring of support, kind words and goodwill. We’re working hard with the new owners and in some cases the artists themselves to do justice to the works and the community.]
All remaining on-site works of art need to be cleared from the gardens in the coming weeks for the new owners. All available works are listed and categorised on this site as ‘Available through Broomhill.’ Note that the condition of the works will be in varying conditions and states of repair - they may or may not be as reflected in the website images. For many of such works, we will be able to put you in direct contact with the artist for any remedial work or instructions on care.
There is not an explicit price in mind for the remaining works, disposals will be on a case-by-case basis.
From a process perspective, please express interest in any works by emailing us at info@broomhill-estate.com or leaving a voice mail for us at 01271 850 262. The ‘add to cart’ button should be enabled for these available works - feel free to make a shopping cart and send us a screenshot of it to facilitate a conversation. If you have a price in mind that you are willing to offer, please feel free to suggest it to facilitate things.
From a preference perspective, consideration in order will be given to:
Purchases of multiple pieces, ideally for the benefit of the public in a sculpture trail or public environment.
Purchases of individual pieces for the public domain.
Purchases of individual pieces for private collectors.
Funded offers to re-home on a long-term loan basis, multiple works, ideally but not necessarily in the public domain (e.g. transport and installation covered).
Donations to good causes.
Consider helping this transition by donating to our cause and/or purchasing works through Broomhill, including from the “Art inspiring Art” exhibition.
Additional works of art and smaller sculptures will be added to this site in time.
