If you’ve heard that fermented foods are good for you but you’re not sure what they are or even if you’ll like them, this is the evening for you.

Join Tracey from Bideford-based fermentary I Am Cultured for an introduction to fermented foods.

During the evening you’ll learn about the fermentation process and how fermented foods, full of live cultures, can help to support a healthy gut and digestive system.

You’ll learn about different types of fermented food and drink such as sauerkraut, kimchi, kombucha and kefir and how to easily incorporate them into your diet. You’ll get to try some samples and ask lots of questions.

The evening will end with a light supper.
