Join me at this beautiful nourishing day retreat , in the stunning 103 acres art and sculpture hotel, Broomhill Estate.9:15 we will meet in the Yoga Studio, set up and begin our retreat morning with a nourishing practice to open our hearts, balance our hip joints, mobilise our spine and shoulders, plus embodied breath awareness and gentle pranayama

Brunch at 10:30 will await you in the restaurant surrounded by wonderful art to feast your eyes.

Yoghurts, fruit, pastries, cereals and chia pudding will fill you with delight. Take a little stroll and meet back in the studio for a Gong Bath Meditation, the gongs sound signature is often described as oceanic, outer worldly, powerful, visceral and can be felt vibrating through your body.

You will spend some time in sacred silence, then reflection. Now is the perfect time to walk around the sculpture gardens, sit, ponder, reflect, journal and enjoy the peace before you decide to head on home full, joyous, spacious and open hearted, or treat yourself and stay on for a 2 course lunch making the day as leisurely and sumptuous as you chose, you deserve it. I look forward koshering time with you, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

For your own comfort, Please bring your own mat, pillows, bolsters/cushions, eye masks and blankets, a sheepskin rug is always a great idea to keep you warm, if you need bricks or a belt please let me know so I can bring them for your use.

About the teacher

Sue Dawson is an integral therapist in sound, meditation and movement (including yoga and pilates). Her integral embodied and somatic practices enable wellbeing for your whole self and will help you “Sense greater peace through soul gratifying practices – SGP”

Sue is a 500 hour Yoga teacher, she is also a reiki master and bodyworker with over 30 years teaching movement and holding space for groups and one to ones. You can also find her guided meditations on Insight Timer, a worldwide meditation app.
