Kundalini yoga is the yoga of awareness and an opportunity to experience the ancient practice of kriya where all yoga forms originate. Incorporating the power of breathwork and meditation, it is even more relevant for today’s’ busy and stressful energy field. Over the course of the session you will be guided through a series of asana (posture, both active and still), pranayama (breath work) and a meditation which may involve mantra (chanting) and mudras (hand postures). All work together to enhance your energy and elevate your mind, experienced to the backdrop of beautiful mantra music. Where core strength meets your infinite potential – this is for everyone, beginners and seasoned practitioners alike.

About the teacher 

Darshan has a background in martial arts having trained in and taught aikido for 26 years to the level of 5th Dan. She discovered Kundalini yoga several years ago and embraced its subtle yet powerful transformational aspects. Her healing journey has brought her qualifications in Shiatsu, Craniosacral therapy, Universal Rays Healing and Reiki which spans 30 years of discovery. She works in alignment with nature’s’ principles and is committed to advancing her own conscious expansion and that of others.
