Until recently Carla was the Head Chef of The Seacliff Restaurant, recently awarded 3 AA Rosettes and listed in the Michelin Guide. She started in kitchens at the age of 14, later moving to London and earning a Certificate of Excellence from Pierre Koffman. She featured on MasterChef in 2018. She loves working in Devon for the abundance of amazing local produce.

The dining experience at Broomhill offers 2 formats, a 3-course set menu (£45) or an extended tasting menu. A sample menu is below, items may vary slightly on the night. Items with an asterisk are the 6-course tasting menu (£70)
