  • Roasted parsnip, apple & maple soup  (ve/veg)
  • Cornish blue cheese, walnuts, chicory salad (ve/veg)
  • Venison carpaccio, pickled onions, deep fried oyster
  • Grilled mullet, bouillabaisse, rouille

Main

  • Turkey, potato fondant, cranberry compote
  • Plaice, mash potato, wild garlic caper brown butter
  • Spinach, goats cheese and nut roast (ve/veg)
  • Seared salmon, Jerusalem artichoke puree, samphire, mussels
  • Bistro rump steak, mash potato, glazed sprouts, carrots puree, red wine jus

All served with caramelised sprouts, roasted carrots (ve/veg)

Dessert

  • Christmas pudding, brandy crème anglaise (ve/veg)
  • Treacle tart, vanilla ice cream

Selection of artisan cheese, Miller Damsal’s biscuits, homemade chutneys and quince
