  • Confit duck hash – hens egg – fingerling potatoes – jalapeños – sheeps’ curd
  • English fava beans and pulses – rich tomato sauce hylsten sourdough – smoked tofu
  • Smoked bacon – fried duck egg – mature Cornish gouda – cider reduction – sandwiched between two buttery crumpets
  • Stack of Scotch pancakes – apple caramel – streaky Cornish bacon or clotted cream and rhubarb and blackcurrant
  • Estate table buffet (min 2 people)
  • DIY Bloody Mary bar – £7 per cocktail
